1. Purpose

These General Terms of Service govern the use of the Fibo platform and mobile application, which provides crypto-asset investment services.

2. Service Description

Fibo offers diversified crypto-asset portfolio management services. Three portfolio profiles are available:

• Conservative Portfolio: Low risk profile
• Balanced Portfolio: Moderate risk profile
• Dynamic Portfolio: High risk profile

3. Eligibility

To use Fibo services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a resident of France or an eligible European country
• Complete identity verification (KYC)
• Not be on any sanctions list

4. Account Registration

Account creation requires providing accurate personal information and completing identity verification in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Fees

Applicable fees are detailed on the Pricing page. Fibo may modify fees with prior notice to users.

6. Risks

Warning: Investing in crypto-assets carries significant risks including:

• Risk of partial or total capital loss
• High price volatility
• Liquidity risk
• Regulatory risk

7. Liability

Fibo cannot be held liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations or events beyond its control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
